I would like to thank Callum Razak and the Ray White team for the support and kindness shown to me throughout the process of my rental property finding. Without Callum Razak it isn't possible in a shorter time to find a rental property in Whakatane. Yes, within 48 hrs I was able to close the deal and I got my tenancy agreement. Unprofessional and dishonest property management team of Callum Razak and Georgia Blatchford. When raised with management, no ownership of concerns raised or apology provided. Our tenants have also formally complained to management on one of several issues.... Naturally we do not recommend this business and have terminated their contract for 'service'.
Callum and Tamara have been making it very hard no help no emails to let me know for viewing time. I'm very disappointed in ray White for rentals. It has happen on two occasions and there was no abuse conduct with the team thank you very much. The service has been very poor to me.
