Alan and Patricia…I bought a house & wanted to bring in my own building inspector. Patricia basically yelled at me “why would you do that when we already have a report?” From the owners. Ok let me tell you that now I’ve put up over 50k in repairs that the report didn’t mention. Plumbing issues Blocked brains TERMITES!!!! Water leaks Shame on you. Playing with people’s lives.
