Ron Bauer came highly recommended by a friend when we were planning to sell our house, and he (and his colleague Madison) were great to deal with. They gave good advice, explained things clearly and always responded quickly to our many calls and texts. Just as importantly, we ended up getting a very good price for our house at auction. We’d definitely recommend them.
I have nothing but praise for Amoula who as tenants, went to bat for us with an owner who asked us to vacate our unit back in 2018 three weeks after my double hip operation surgery. They didn’t abide by tenancy laws in sneakily sending over prospective buyers with little notice & Amoula was incensed on our behalf as she wasn’t alerted at the time to the owner’s intentions. Excellent experience with David and the team when listing a property for rent. I don't live locally and the paint, carpeting and minor repairs was effecienty managed for me. The tenancy was organised efficiently and ongoing communication and reports excellent. Highly recommend
