If you want top dollar for your property DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use Ray White Umina Beach. They will cost you big time. From a buyer’s perspective, I can vehemently say that many vendors probably missed out on lots of $$$ because the whole Ray White team (yes all of them - they’ve attracted the same lazy types and created a culture). They do not care about you and do not try hard at getting you the highest price. They don’t answer phone calls let alone return calls. Amy Sherrin was invaluable for our property search, which went for about 6 months. We went for a quick inspection at a place that was low on our list. Amy was friendlier and more helpful than the other agents we'd seen. She gave us some great tips about checking for double glazed windows. Then we spoke about what we were looking for, and Amy advised she had an off-market opportunity within our budget. A week later it was locked in at a price both sides were happy with. I only wish we met Amy earlier!
