Extremely disappointing treatment of elderly long-term tenants. Ray White Umina Beach managed the property occupied by my parents, aged 79 and 81, for eight years. Throughout their tenancy, they were repeatedly praised for how well they maintained and cared for the home. Unfortunately, when they moved out, the respectful treatment they had received as long-term tenants disappeared. I had Kellie Hirst find myself and my family of three children a place to rent. She went above and beyond for us. Kel is very efficient friendly and is always there to help. It was a very stressful time for us and she helped in every way and made it easy. I highly recommend her. Thank you Kellie
