Mel was excellent to deal with. She understood the market and always got back to us promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We highly recommend her.
Some of these reviews are absolutely shocking to me. I have nothing but absolute praise for my Property Manger, Tracey. She has been my PM for many years (nearly 10+) over several properties & her work ethic, professionalism & punctuality is out of this world. Maintenance is attended to swiftly & her communication is second to none. I’m not treated as ‘just another tenant’, she shows me respect & courtesy each & every time I see her. Zero faults!! I'm not a client of Ray White Toowoomba, and thanks to Tracey Jackson I never will be. I was truly appalled at her astounding lack of professionalism when I attended an open home last week. Any reasonable person would agree that a property manager should have (at bare minimum) adequate people-facing and customer service skills.
