I would have tapped zero if that was an option, disgusting to deal with and will take your bond money, because they only care for the landlord, not the tenant, nothing ever gets fixed by landlord even when you notify realtor, please avoid them.
I can’t recommend Darren Gates highly enough after the sale of our home. His market knowledge and advice were invaluable and he was amazing to deal with throughout the whole process.
