I'd recommend Samantha Hanns as a property manager from both a landlord and tenant's perspective. I rented the same property for 15 years and Sam was by far the best manager I ever dealt with. She worked for both the landlord and tenant to ensure everyone was satisfied, the property was kept in good order, and all without being too intrusive or pedantic regarding inspections. Brittany has been my propety manager for an investment unit in Cheltenham for many years. I have several units and Britanny has by far been the best property manager by comparison with the others. Brittany makes landlords feel imnportant and not favouring tenants who seem to have lots of rights now. We worked though damage caused by flood next door requiring tennant to vacate, assisted with insurance claim, and kept up to date with inspections and lease renewals.
