I was lied to and gazumped by Ray White Robertson. This was despite the seller and us agreeing to the price and having a contract drawn up. They held an open house despite telling us they would cancel it. I understand what they did was legal but I question the ethics of a business that does this. When I put a complaint into the business and the Ray White complaints department they did not bother to investigate and did not return my calls and emails to discuss the situation.

Very dodgy here. I went to see a house at acacia ridge and later tried calling the agent many times to put an offer forward. I was ignored completely. My offer was 10k above what the house sold for.
