I have been renting a property in Glenwood through Ray White Stanhope Gardens, and unfortunately, my experience with their property management team has been very disappointing. When I first moved in, the property was handed over in poor condition — the lawn was not mowed, and there were leaks throughout the house. It took multiple follow-ups and dozens of emails before any action was taken. Even now, I still have issues outstanding for over two months despite weekly reminders.
