Lacey was very friendly and helpful to us. I had never rented before and Lacey explained a lot of things to us on the morning of the inspection.
We’ve had a great experience with Ray white Springfield. We worked with Teagan who helped us secure a rental property before we left NZ to relocate over. Our property manager, Chloe has been great with helping us as we needed to relocate again to a different state. She’s so kind and made the process so easy for us and we’re so thankful!
If there was negative stars they would get negative 5, I was unfortunate to have the property manager Tabitha Ruthenberg, extremely unprofessional, rude and quite disappointing, if you ever have Tabitha as your property manager I would suggest requesting a different one asap. Extremely disappointing for an agency with such high regard.
Very prompt and efficient with updates. We felt Tony & Sarah had our interest all through the process.
