What an absolute pleasure dealing with Yanna and her colleagues at Ray White Springfield in the purchase of my beautiful home. From initial phone call through negotiating process to final purchase nothing was too much trouble. Yanna was very professional, courtious, knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a great experience as an investment property owner with Ray White Springfield Lakes. All of the staff have been pleasant to deal with. Including Jody Corrigan as the caretaker of the property, she handled all of my questions promptly and looked after the tenants well. Yanna and Phil were also excellent communicators and took me through step by step to sell my property. They demonstrated excellent leadership in their compassion for the owner and tenants and handled all matters with sensitivity and care.
Thank you for the great job, Sue Wilson for arranging the replacement of fence between my property and the one managed by Ray White Springfield. A special mention, if I may, to the fencing contractor Travis Bischoff who worked tirelessly in the heat for 2 days - the new fence looks fantastic!
