We have had our property in Redbank Plains managed by RayWhite Springfield since we bought it 3 years ago. We originally had April managing our property and she did a fantastic job. We now have Chloe who has taken over and Chloe has also been incredibly thorough in keeping us up to date with all issues and making sure all requests are attended to and then confirmed in writing. We couldn’t be happier with the property management service.
Have recently transferred property management to Olivia and Stacie at Ray White Springfield and honestly it was the best decision we made. We were let down by our previous property management, but these lovely ladies at Ray White have gone over and above and addressed all previous issues, repairs & maintenance all within the first 30 days of taking over. If I could give this a negative 100-star review, I would. Our family has had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sue Jaggu as both homeowners and incoming tenants. There have been multiple serious issues throughout this process: 1. We were not informed that the tenant had remained in the property after the vacate date had passed. 2.
