Unfortunately our limited experience with Ray White Springfield has been unprofessional. Despite numerous attempts over the span of 7 days to get in contact with listing agents - Phill Broom and Yana Clapham our texts and phone calls have gone unanswered. We put an offer in on a property on the Saturday, requested the sellers disclosure statement and have heard nothing back in the subsequent 6 days. Everybody likes to bag real estate agents, but Ray White Springfield and Matt Moran really were a perfect example of what should happen when you sell a property. Matt was in touch within minutes of my online inquiry, and from then on he was definitely working hard for me.
