David Kirkbride is a very hard working, knowledgable and experienced real estate agent who spent a lot of extra time after hours doing evening home opens and dealing with my difficult tenants amongst many other things. David was very responsive to my calls, gave solid real estate marketing advice and I got a great result in the end that I was very happy with. Thanks David and the Ray White South Perth team.
We had an inspection scheduled with this agency today, but unfortunately an unexpected accident occurred — all of us got trapped inside the elevator. We immediately contacted the agent, but they offered no assistance or follow-up. After nearly an hour, the elevator company finally sent a technician to fix the issue. Throughout the entire situation, the agent was completely unresponsive and didn’t even check on us or acknowledge what happened. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. 🤷
From the outset, Jack made the sales process easy to understand and engaged with us in a way that felt he was acting in our best interest. He explained a clear sales strategy and kept us informed of progress throughout the process. Easiest property sale we’ve been through and I think that’s down to Jacks profesionalism.
