Her communication was poor and haphazard, and she was unable to answer basic questions about the property. When genuine concerns were raised, she offered weak excuses. We recently bought a house from Sheldon at Ray White Cairns Beaches at auction and it was a really great experience. In what can be a frustrating, intimidating and nerve wracking process, Sheldon and the whole team put us at ease and ensured the process was very smooth.
