It was a very disappointing experience. Before signing, Winston gave me a price expectation. Most of the campaign updates came through his junior agent, Thomas. On auction day, Winston pressured me heavily, even asking things like, “What are you going to do with $50k?” Is that even a professional question to ask a client? I recently worked with Shane in relation to purchasing a property he had for sale. He and the team, Thomas and Winston, were all very responsive and helpful, allowing us to pull together a deal that worked well for both of our respective clients. It was great dealing with them and I look forward to more deals in the future.
