Winston went above and beyond to make this journey easy on us each step of the way, extremely polite when I didn't understand and willing to work with us, nothing was too hard for him. It was a very disappointing experience. Before signing, Winston gave me a price expectation. Most of the campaign updates came through his junior agent, Thomas. On auction day, Winston pressured me heavily, even asking things like, “What are you going to do with $50k?” Is that even a professional question to ask a client? He pushed me to sell for around $150,000 less than he originally told me, demanded I pay marketing costs immediately, and said there would be no further effort to sell if I refused.
