I love these guys as my rental agent, Im a landlord. They put up with my crazy ways and are always there to take my call.
They are good when it comes to rebooking house inspections, but if u have any problemswith the house and it needs to fix on issues they arent quick to get things done. Plus sometimes if u dont get a call back u have to ring them constantly to get a update on stuff
Bought an investment property at Toogoolawah through Ray White with no problems. I live in Brisbane so Karly at Ray White Toogoolawah does a good job managing the property for me. She is very helpful organising tradies to do work on the property when required.
