So very disappointed with Molly. On vacate not only did she not have the tenant comeback to clean what was needed. Molly had the nerve to take the cost of the cleanup from my rental income, when clearly it should have come out of the bond from the tenants. When I tried calling her or emailing her had no response. So truly unprofessional. My advice is to find a different career path because property management is not for you.
I love Ray White Rural Sarina. Zac Meriet was absolutely the best. I recommend to all people looking to sell. I heard about him through my local kennel club SKC Jazmyn Grendon. I have terminal cancer and had to sell my home, Zac was there for me every step of the way. Supporting and informing. Thank you Zac.
When selling our home we found Zak to be very down to earth with a great market knowledge, and highly professional. When our goals changed he was very accommodating and helped us achieve our goal. Zak was always available and has a wealth of knowledge about all things associated with the industry eg. Solicitors, building inspections, title searches etc. We would definitely recommend Zak Meiert.
