I feel that Scott at the Dungog office has issues with single women. I rang and spoke with him and then texted an offer, informing him I was selling my house currently. "Sounds great. Let me know when you want to get serious (serious face emoji). Thanks Scott" I had informed him my offer was a starting offer (it was $14000 less than they accepted as my offer) and it seems he didn't want to take it to the owners, which I insisted that he did.
