I thought I was the only person who had a bad experience renting out my property with Ray White Esk. Our property manager was also Julie, who lacks communication skills and is always busy when contacted. I tried to correct things and contact her specifically numerous times, but was rarely heard or emailed back or phone calls returned. I will never rent out with Ray White again unless I hear the property manager has drastically changed or someone has been employed in her place. Highly recommend Jeanie Smith, very lovely lady, great local knowledge and helped us into our dream home.
Not only did Josiah bend over backwards for us, always accomodating, he also delivered a Christmas card with a scratchy…. 2 weeks post settlement. Communication during the offer/settlement process was 20/10. Yes, 20/10!!! Based on the conduct of Josiah Jensen from Ray White Rural Esk, I rate the company out of this world! Thank you Josiah. We will not hesitate to recommend you to my family, friends and the wider community!!!
Worst real estate ever. Absolutely no communication skills and Julie is very rude. My parents rented a house through them in Toogoolawah. The first heavy rain and the yard was deep in water. The realestate hadn’t mentioned that it went under water so my elderly parents had put some of their belongings under the carport until it could be sorted out. All of it was water damaged, precious keepsakes, gone. If the real estate had told them it happened we could have found somewhere safe to store them. My niece was in hospital and ... read more
