Lack of communication on their part as stated in other reviews. I contacted their office through a listing on Domain, sent a text message to the salespersons mobile, rang the office and spoke to the receptionist who assured me my call would be returned that same day, but wasn't. Finally, I emailed the office and received a response that basically kept putting the ball back in my court, saying they hadn't received anything from me. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with an agent like Jesse Minnis. Jesse conducted himself in a very professional manner and was not overbearing and pushy like the agents ( not from Ray White ) that I had to deal with in my previous home town. Jesse was clear and honest in all communication regarding the property and kept me informed along the way. Recently bought a property and it was the easiest transaction we have ever had when buying a home. Calls and emails were returned promptly and staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
