I secured a tenancy with the help of a support service called Nova! for women and children I secured a tenacy thru ljhooker which changed to raywhite. I lived in this property for 5 years. It was a highly run down old property that smelt bad of amonia/urine. It took me over 20 times to remove urine smell i know i applied for a house that smelt like a potty. My experience with raywhite is absolutely horrible would not recommendat all ,the lack of respect the team and leasing agent laura have for people in trying to get a rental is disrespectful ,what happen to communication and maybe explainingthings alot better and try being considerate and respectful,ive applied for a rental a lot of rentals through raywhite and the lack of communication and respectfulness is appalling all they say is owner is not obligated,yes I understand the process of getting rentals is up to the owners ye... read more
