I secured a tenancy with the help of a support service called Nova! for women and children I secured a tenacy thru ljhooker which changed to raywhite. I lived in this property for 5 years. It was a highly run down old property that smelt bad of amonia/urine. It took me over 20 times to remove urine smell i know i applied for a house that smelt like a potty. My experience with raywhite is absolutely horrible would not recommendat all ,the lack of respect the team and leasing agent laura have for people in trying to get a rental is disrespectful ,what happen to communication and maybe explainingthings alot better and try being considerate and respectful,ive applied for a rental a lot of rentals through raywhite and the lack of communication and respectfulness is appalling all they say is owner is not obligated,yes I understand the process of getting rentals is up to the owners ye... read more

I’ve leased my property through Ray White Toronto for approximately 6 months now, and the service provided by all staff has been fantastic. Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable during the initial agent agreement process, making it a breeze. Joel and Cheree have been amazing property managers; they are very responsive, friendly, organised and understanding. Laura was also great during the new lease process and gave valuable insights about the market. I would highly recommend Ray White to any landlord!
