Mark acted for the vendor obviously but without him remaining fully engaged throughout the sale I’m doubtful it would have been completed. There were contract issues which required ongoing communication that couldn’t be achieved without Mark. At all stages he was calm, methodical and willing to help. I would use him if I chose to sell.
