I would like to acknowledge the warm, genuine, and professional manner that Sam Clark provided. Sam went above and beyond from start to finish. She responded to my calls and emails quickly. Provided a list of local tradesmen in the area when needed, went out of her way to assist with purchasing furniture from the vendor and met me on several occasions at the property prior to settlement. She is an asset to the team!
