The worst renting experience we've ever had. We had the bad luck of having Nicole Watson as our agent. During the entire lease, we never saw her face or heard her voice. Every time we tried to communicate, we either received short and unhelpful replies — or no response at all. We left the studio in excellent condition, but not only did she fail to return our bond, she also falsely accused us of taking items that belonged to the apartment.
