First of all, I have to say that this agency seemed great to rent through!. I have never met a more rude & un empathetic human like Nick M who works for this lost cause of a realestate. He may sell your house but will treat renters like garbage! rent increases by the minuet not aligned with the rental code!. Think again.

I really appreciated the personal touch they brought to the experience — always approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in achieving the best result. Their service was excellent and competitively priced. Very highly recommend.
I've tried to apply for atleast 3 properties with Ray white Paddington since February this year and all have been declined with the reasoning "the owner had to make a difficult decision" which is a poor excuse 3 times in a row. I will be mentioning to others not to apply or use this agency.
