I had a very poor experience dealing with Theo from Ray White Commercial. Throughout our interactions, I found his communication to be condescending and dismissive, and several statements he made to me were later contradicted, which seriously undermined my trust. As a property owner, transparency and professionalism are critical, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
