We had a great customer service experience with Ray White Stadbroke Island after our holiday rental had some issues outside of their control we needed to cut our stay short. They were professional, understanding and great to work with. We will book direct through them for future visits to the island!
We’ve loved our holiday at Straddie every year for as long as we can remember. Life is different now, as my husband is in a wheelchair with mobility very limited, and several special needs. We honestly thought our yearly holiday to the island was over. Not so, thanks to Nick at Ray White. We've stayed on Straddie at the same house twice and one other different house once, all through Ray White Nth Strad and I have to say that their service is brilliant. The communication leading up to the stay, their availability when something is needed during the stay and their follow up after the stay were all excellent, and not imposing or intrusive in any way. It's always easy to deal with the team there and nothing is too hard. It makes the holiday a breeze each time. We'll be back again and again.
