Unfortunately this is our second bad experience renting through Ray White. The house eitswlf was in a great location, however the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The doona covers and some pillow cases had clearly not been washed. When the manager came out to have a look he told me they weren't washed between guests because they were ‘decorative.’ They had dog hair all over them! The shower was mouldy. Internet did not work. Great and very easy to rent a holiday house through. On arrival, we had a lovely hand written welcome note and a voucher for the local Gelato shop. Highly recommend.
