Very happy with North Lakes and their real estate agents.
The company itself and their office staff are very professional and efficient. Tanayah, the Operations Manager, is awesome! However, the sales agent we chose was very disappointing. Hayden made an initial strong impression but things went downhill from there. There were minimal updates about offers, slow responses, and we had to chase him repeatedly. He left our first open home after only 30 minutes to rush off to another open home and forgot to advertise the second open, which I had to complaint about. Our house sold mainly... read more
