They had moved due to flooding and were in temporary accommodation. There was no disabled access but a very helpful lady came out to help us. All of our needs were met and she even added more services which improved our experience.
Toby and Kayla helped us secure our family home in Yandina - and sell our townhouse in Buderim. The townhouse sold for more than we hoped and in 6 days! We couldn’t have been happier with the sale, purchase and ease of all the transactions. Communication was great, they were patient, straight forward and down to earth. We’d love to use Toby and Kaylas services again - except we never want to leave our forever home!
My agent (Hayley) was extremely disappointing. Pretended she actually cared about myself, my situation and my intended purchase but turned out she was just playing me and stringing me along while she continued to search for a higher offer ( and a bigger commission! ) which was in direct contrast to everything she was telling me both verbally and in writing.She couldn't sell an umbrella in a thunderstorm....AVOID.
