Extremely disappointing customer service and communication. Multiple issues, but the cherry on top is informing me that at the final inspection they’ve noticed glass louvres were missing and that they’ll be charging the tenants. Never heard the result of this and raised this as an issue when I terminated the agreement. My new agents have done a routine inspection and noticed the glass louvres are still missing.
