Excellent communication and a fantastic outcome all was done with no stress and I’m extremely happy.
The treatment we have received from Ray White Mermaid Waters has been absolutely appalling; this is specifically in our interactions with Danni (The Principal Owner) and Clancy. This is by far one of the worst real estate agencies we have ever dealt with. Would give it negative reviews if possible. Our experience with Ray White Mermaid Waters was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, particularly in our interactions with Danni (Principal) and Clancy. Rented a unit through ray white advertised as unfurnished. The day we got the keys to the property we discovered a lot of furniture left by previous tenant. We told the real estate about it and they said put it in the garage?? Mind you there was barely space for our car in the garage as it was. Blinds were broken on arrival and we noted this down in the entry report. Nothing was ever done about them and when we left we got charged $600 to fix them even though I had never touched the blinds as they are already broken. I have ... read more
