Rented a unit through ray white advertised as unfurnished. The day we got the keys to the property we discovered a lot of furniture left by previous tenant. We told the real estate about it and they said put it in the garage?? Mind you there was barely space for our car in the garage as it was. Blinds were broken on arrival and we noted this down in the entry report. This agency is wow! Applied for a property, wasn't left hanging wondering what was happening with my app as received heaps ofupdates. I applied for heaps of other properties and went days not hearing anything- sooo frustrating but these guys made it less stressful. Moved in and in the house was toilet paper and a few things to make being in an empty house a bit easier lol Awesome office.
An agent who turns up to inspections on time, can answer questions and are actually helpful!
Been a tenant for 5 years and never had any issues. I found the response and action time to any requests met in a timely manner. Compared to my new agent, which has been a nightmare, I wish I didnt have to move!
