Property manager Karrisa Lisha is phenomenal. Her communication and service is miles above any real estate agent I have ever dealt with and she does a fantastic job of looking after both myself as a tenant and the property owner.
Michael was easy my fave fella to deal with in this business.
I’ve been renting ~5 years one of the apartments managed by Michael Guirguis, and my experience has been excellent. The property has been well managed, and any issues that arose were handled quickly and efficiently. My agent was always responsive, proactive in solving problems, and kept me well informed. It made the rental process smooth and stress-free, and I’ve truly appreciated the professionalism and reliability throughout. Highly recommended.

Ray white maroubra were our letting agent for a unit we had. They did not keep our rent up with the market we lost a lot of money for leasing at such a low price. There was never any advice to increase rent when market had moved, we were probably 2 years behind the market, and $100 a week lower than similar properties.
