Worst Experience Ever! I cannot express how disappointed I am with Ray White. They completely failed to live up to even basic expectations. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, no one ever responds. Communication is nonexistent, and when it does occur, it's unprofessional and ineffective. So very disappointed in the disservice Ray White Rockbank has done to us as landlords. The agents are either all new or have no idea on how to property manage. In our instance they knew the tenants for a long time before we came along and we were aware of it but didn’t expect the level of mistreatment we’d receive on account of that relationship. This is about the agent, Chloe Topouzis, from Ray White Mernda. It's amazing how she sold the house to me and wants to have nothing to do with me after the sale. I'm truly appalled by her rudeness and unhelpful behaviour. Truly unprofessional and immature. Definitely not the right person for this job! Brings a very bad image of Ray White.
