Whilst I was lucky enough to get a rental. The whole process was very poorly run, from using there billing app to pay Rent, I paid 3 days before due date and it went through 2 business days after due date, and they said it was my fault. As first time renting in more than 27+ years the lack Lack of inspections or feedback suprised me, and upon exciting the property, no agent came to do hand over of keys infact the office was unattended. Little or no communication very disappointed.
