Had an upcoming inspection booked. Arrived to the property early. When 4:20 rolled around, no one was there. We waited for 10 minutes, even emailed the agent with no response. Only to be told today it was rented out Tuesday, with no confirmation of bookings on the Wednesday being cancelled until AFTER the inspection was scheduled.
Couldn’t be happier with Jason. He was easy to deal with, kept us informed the whole way, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for us. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Jason and will be using him again in the near future.
