I have nothing but praise for Ray White Kiama. They look after several properties for me in the South Coast area, and they are nothing short of exceptional. This agency demonstrated a concerning lack of understanding of the NSW Domestic Violence Legislation and trauma-informed practice in its handling of a sensitive matter. After a tenant lawfully terminated a tenancy due to Domestic Violence under the Domestic Violence Provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW), the agency’s response did not reflect the intent of those protections and included victim-blaming language.
