We have recently purchased a house in Kiama though Matthew Lay of Ray White Kiama. We cannot praise Matthew too highly. Nothing was ever a problem. Never did he fail to get an answer to our queries from his vendors. We lived 3 hours away and probably asked more of him than most purchasers would.
