Kirsten showed an excellent knowledge of the complex our unit was in and had a good grasp of a practical expectation of the sale process and price of the property. That lead to a quick and efficient process which did result in a price slightly above the upper expectation and a short duration for the sale process to occur.
Pretty good experience for our rental. A little problem with the online application when my wife’s wasn’t received and had to do it via a PDF file which took time to complete, print, scan, and Email but not the agents fault but the electronic system
