I am very disappointed with this company. They keep sending me unwanted junk mail with my personal details on it, even though I never requested any contact. I find this practice intrusive and disrespectful, and it makes me strongly dislike this brand. Please stop sending me unsolicited advertising.
Roy was excellent in all aspects of his role. Our house required substantial work by several trades to prepare it for sale. Roy was able to advise and recruit appropriate tradespeople and monitor progress. He was helpful in addressing our questions and clearly had a good knowledge of local property prices. In addition the whole team at Ray White Indooroopilly gave us all the help we required, especially Kirrilli and Sophie. We were happy with the outcome.
Jamie was always keeping us updated with what was happening with the listing, then the inspections, finding a buyer and signing the contract. He would even call some days to see how we were. Jamie's compassion and professionalism towards us was fantastic.
As an interstate buyer we found Jess was wonderful to deal with. From the moment we did the virtual open home to settling on the property, Jess's communication, open and friendly nature put us at ease. Jess always went over and above what was required to help us secure the property and we would have no hesitation in working with Jess in the future when we sell our home.
