Edited after Ray White's reply below, which claims their staff "don't believe they have dealt with" me. That reply was posted on a Saturday evening — and my property manager's own email signature and out-of-office both state she only works Monday to Wednesday. So no check with her can have happened. I was a tenant at 5/204 Seaview Road, Henley Beach South under Ray White management until 17 December 2025, when the owners moved management to another agency.
