As a renter, I do not recommend Ray White Gympie. You can be the absolute cleanest, tidiest, most respectful person on the planet and look after a house as though it is your own - they will not return your bond in full and will go to great lengths to nit-pick over the most absurd 'repairs' at the end of tenancy. Extremely disappointing and a very negative experience.
Caitlin, Teagan and the team at Ray White Rentals have been fantastic. I have been renting through them as a tenant for years, and they recently helped me secure a lease at a new property. They answered all my questions and have made both the exit and entry process easy.
