Very bad experience with Lakshay Gupta and Laura Belloti. Had to sort issues with one of their rude and aggressive tenants by myself. They refused to take an action against them claiming they are friends with the property's owner and even when you present evidence of their tenants bad and dangerous behaviour, they refuse to do anything. What kind of response and attitude is that? Stay away from this agency at all costs. Their agents won't take responsibility for anything

EDIT: Ray White Glenroy called me and asked me to remove the review. They claim that I listed the wrong office (but they have my contact details)?! This company has no integrity. Cheap and dishonest tactics. Don't believe a word they say. Instead of addressing concerns, they just lie and gaslight. Screenshot added for proof. I have dozens of pages of contacts with Ray White Glenroy printed. What a strange thing to lie about. Motivated purely by profit and have no concern for customers or written agreements.
