Atilla was almost personally offended by a query I had about a property out very rurally. Snorting and scoffing on the phone call with a attitude filled "good luck". All that would have sufficed would have been a reply saying it had auctioned off and a "be in touch". What out of towners don't understand, is knowing the extremely low prices that you can actually get in such desolate locations because its undesirable location for many. Can say without a doubt, this was the worst and dodgiest Real Estate agency i have ever been with, from not having done a single inspection on the property we were renting- to getting bills wrong and doubling up expenses, ended up having them try to take me to SACAT over an initial $500 set of fees they attempted to fraudulently change to $1200, needless to say SACAT sorted them out really quickly and I was only made to pay the $500 I had already agreed to pay.
