Our property we live in is no longer managed by this real estate agency and hasn’t been for weeks, however we have continued to receive emails from Stephen Greatwich regarding ‘overdue rent’ despite sending them 2 emails asking to be removed from the system and to stop sending us emails saying we ‘haven’t paid our rent’, we have, to the NEW AGENCY. Said they would remove me & my co-tenants from the system but have just sent ANOTHER email to my co-tennant. Sick of receiving this email, very unprofessional.

I bought another house using a Ray White agent and had a very good experience at that time. This time (Agents: Attilio Cavuoto and Matthew Girolamo), we received very unprofessional service after the settlement. The pre-settlement inspection was scheduled for 8:00 am, a time provided by the agent, Matthew.
