4 years ago (approx), I contacted Clare for a valuation on the property. Clare came around and spent a good amount of time with me going over information about the property. Over the years, Ray White, Deception Bay would update me on valuations with no pressure. Clare was the one I went to for selling the property. Everything was completed efficiently with an offer a week of going to market. Clare assisted with contractors required to complete the sale. Highly recommended and appreciated.
The team at Deception Bay have been a pleasure to deal with over the years of handling our rental properties with good communication throughout processes and professional attitudes, this also includes purchasing property from the sales team. Clare Robins, sales agent, in particular has shown very professional and extensive knowledge of the Deception Bay and surrounding areas and would not do business with anyone else as her high standards would be very hard to beat.
RENTERS BEWARE They treat their tenants like they're the lowest members of society. The only good reviews for their renting team are all from owners because that's all they care about. They don't care about the health and wellbeing of tenants. They rent houses out with health hazards that should ordinarily make the house inhabitable. The property we rented should have been left vacant until the health hazard was rectified. They were aware of the problem and told us it would be fixed but that never happened until we escalated... read more
