Very disappointed with Sunnybank Ray White This is not a complaint against all of the Ray White Group only Sunnybank. We have had a number of issues with the house that were not addressed that I will quickly mention a couple. House was filthy when we moved in, we had to do a bond clean. Basin Cold water tap did not turn on (lots of requests to get it fixed and it never was). The Main one was mold in the house that was brought to the agents attention during the entry report. Extremely poor experience with Ray White Forest Lake. I waited on hold for over 40 minutes trying to enquire about a property, was hung up on twice without anyone answering, and when staff saw I was still on hold, I was placed back on hold repeatedly. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, properties I’ve previously enquired about — and was told the owners had changed their minds about selling — are still being promoted as “hot property.” This is misleading and confusing for genuine buyers.
