I was a tenant at a commercial property and always paid on time with no issues. Unfortunately, the management team was unresponsive to emails, rude over the phone, and generally difficult to deal with. When it came time to vacate, the process was messy, drawn out, and unnecessarily complicated. Poor communication and lack of professionalism made for a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-managed commercial rental.
Nick Syrimi is local, extremely helplful and gives expert advice. Nick knows and can recommend good local trades people. Also, Nick understands and can advise in situations where building records are not complete. I would definitely use Nick Syrimi again.
