They had a property advertised as “Bright & Modern" in Centennial Park but when we arrived after waiting 20 minutes in line, the unit was being partly renovated and we discovered scaffolding completely covering the balcony and bedroom windows. On top of that, we were told the rent would increase once construction was finished — something that should have been clearly mentioned in the listing.
