One of the worst, most infuriating experiences of my adult life dealing with this company. Rented a house through them that was handed over in an awful state. Terrible communication, dismissive, obstructive and just flat out unprofessional. Floors covered in grease and grime, shower left with rubbish on floor, mouse faeces everywhere, missing AC remotes and staff just indifferent. Do yourself a favor and manage your rental privately. Would give zero stars if I could.
I have been a client of Ray White Carnarvon for over three years, and I am consistently impressed by their prompt responses and swift actions. My sincere thanks and congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding service and dedication to our beautiful town of Carnarvon.
Rude and incompetent staff. No interest at all in tenant wellbeing and seemingly little to no knowledge or interest in their legal obligations. I would never trust them as a landlord to represent me or rent from them
