We had a very disappointing experience after expressing interest in a property listed by this vendor. Upon review of the contract for sale with our legal team, we discovered some issues that raised serious legal concerns about the property's ownership and enforceability. Essentially, while we could possess the land, we would never truly own it. We expected full transparency and proper documentation for such a significant transaction.
