I am an owner of 3 rental property that Ray White Bundaberg managed, 1 of which I bought from Ray White. They have managed my properties for 4 plus years and recently I had to sack them. From over inflated maintenance invoices, to maintenance issues that have not been resolved in over 6 months. I had the tenants from 2 of my properties contact me directly with complaints that I was never informed about. I have since moved to resolve the issues.
