“Buyer Caution: Check Everything in Writing” I purchased what I believed was a brand-new townhouse through Ray White Brunswick, but someone had already been living there. The lack of clear communication and transparency made the experience very stressful and disappointing. I strongly urge other buyers to ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before purchasing.
We have had the fortune as tenants of having Silvia Valenti-Kaa as our property manager for the past 3 years. I know that this profession does get a lot of bad reviews but she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Responding quickly to any issues and having them sorted as quickly as possible.

Danny really understands the fundamental role of a property agent is to provide a basic human need - housing, something most other agents should probably remember.
