My personal experience with Ray White Bribie Island in the sale of my house was very unsatisfactory. The property offers were coming in less than anticipated and the selling principal advised on phone they would offer a reduction in commission. I requested the reduced amount, and they advised they will investigate and revert. This reduction was not communicated so I expected this to flow through on the final payout amount.
