Zero communication about the progress of rental applications. They take a lifetime to process and then prospective tenants have to call and follow up, only to found out that a holding deposit has been taken but they left the ad up anyway "just in case". Waste of time and effort. Two agents in particular are hopeless at processing applications thoroughly, and blatantly lied about contacting my references - none of them, not even previous real estates had even heard from anyone at this agency.
